Document Description
San Jose Water Land Company Planned Development Rezoning to allow up to 325 residential units and up to 1.04 million square feet of commercial/retail uses on approximately 7.76 net acres located on both sides of Delmas Avenue, between West Santa Clara Street and West San Fernando Street. The proposed project includes the preservation and reuse of an existing 15,000 square foot City Landmark building. The proposed buildings will be constructed over structured and below-grade parking. Building heights would range from up to 218 feet above grade at the northerly end of the site rising to 268 feet above grade at the southerly end of the site with height limitation setbacks form the San Jose Water Company City Landmark buildings and from riparian corridors of Los Gatos Creek and the Guadalupe River.
