Document Description
OMWD is proposing to construct and operate a new, 18- to 30-inch diameter, approximately 2.4-mile-long potable water pipeline in northern San Diego County. The new pipeline would improve OMWD's ability to deliver water from the Olivenhain Water Treatment Plant; provide reduntant water source options within OMWD; provide for better water service circulation through Denk Reservoir; and provide capacity sufficient to serve western portions of OMWD at buildout. The proposed pipeline is a component of OMWD's January 2000 Water Master Plan.
