Document Description
The San Luis Educational Village project proposed by the District consists of a new middle school and elementary school on a site of approximately 11.50 acres north and east of Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard, in the City of Lynwood. The proposed new middle school at the site would be located on 7.57 acres and have a capacity for approximately 810 students, while the new elementary school would be located on 3.93 acres and have a capacity for approximately 710 students. The project site includes 8 parcels occupied by 32 commercial uses, including a strip mall with associated parking. The new middle school would be constructed on the northern portion of the site and the new elementary school would be constructed on the southern portion of the site.
