Document Description
The proposed project consists of updating the City's General Plan. Development potential under the proposal is 981 residential units located on approximately 50 acres; 500,000 square feet of new and redeveloped commercial space located on approximately 35 acres; about 400,000 square feet of new and redeveloped industrial space located on about 35 acres; and approximately 300 new classrooms to be constructed by the Lynwood Unified School District.
