Document Description
The proposed project involves: (1) a lot line adjustment, which will change two parcels of approximately 112 acres and 9 acres respectively, to two parcels of approximately 100 acres and 21 acres; and (2) a minor use permit to construct two single family residences of 9500 square feet and 8500 square feet. The project includes the construction of 1000 feet of new 18 foot road (approximately 500 feet of the road will be built on the adjacent property to the East). The project will also include the improvement of an existing access road and construction of two (2) additional wells.
