Document Description
One year of summer operation and maintenance, Federal law enforcement, conservation, resource monitoring, and signing associated with OHV opportunities and facilities within the Plumas NF. Designated OHV routes will be monitored for compliance with state standards for soil conservation. A plant and wildlife habitat-monitoring program will be established and implemented. OHV Program Funds will be used for the maintenance of designated OHV routes and the repair or rehabilitation of damage caused by illegal OHV activities identified during monitoring. Funds will be used to purchase maintenance and OHV safety equipment, maps, brochures, signs, and materials for the construction of physical barriers.
