This environmental impact statement (EIS) evaluates the potential impacts on the natural and human environment that could result from Navy disposal of surplus federal properties within NSTI and subsequent reuse of those federal properties. NSTI is made up of dry and submerged lands of both Treasure Island and portions of Yerba Buena Island in San Francisco, California.
