Document Description
The proposed project consists of site acquisition, construction and operation of elementary school facilities. Approximately 62,190 square feet of classroom and administrative office space is anticipated, as well as ballfields, road, sidewalks, and related improvements. The school will operate on the standard 10-month schedule from approximately mid-August until late May or early June. Grading on the site is expected to commence in the spring of 2003. Construction is expected to commence in the summer of 2003.
