The proposed project is a 150-space RV Park with appurtenant facilities including an office, manager and employee housing, and operation and maintenance facilities. The proposed RV units will be semi-permanent cabin structures approximately 400 square feet in size, and are intended to be used as vacation cabins. The RV units will be owned by individual patrons who lease the RV spaces from the property owner. In addition to the RV spaces, a single pond located on the westerly side of the entrance road is proposed. The project requires a General Plan Amendment from R-S, Residential Suburban to O-R, Open-Recreation, a Zone Change from "R1A," Single Family Residential and Agricultural District to "T1," Trailer-Camp District, and a Conditional Use Permit. The proposed project is located on the south side of S Highway 88, approximately one mile east of Pioneer.
