Document Description
The proposed project includes an update of the City of Wasco's General Plan. The proposed Project Area is comprised of approximately 51,062 acres, and contains a mixture of residential, agricultural, commercial and industrial land uses. The General Plan will include Land Use, Conservation and Open Space, Agriculture, Circulation, Housing, Safety, and Noise Elements. The City is establishing a 50-year growth boundary to guide future growth of the City in its planning area.
