Document Description
The proposed project is the crossing of the Graves Creek tributary which will entail the placement of 850 cubic yards of fill within the creek banks and the installation of a 120-foot, 48-inch diameter culvert. Twenty cubic yards of 25 pound rock rip-rap will be installed at the culvert openings for slope protection. The proposed project will allow extension of Escondido Road until it connects with San Gabriel Road, and allow for the construction of 16 new homes. Loss of trees affected by the culvert project, as well as trees lots during home construction will be mitigated by planting 100 oaks on site and entering 13 acres of oak woodlands, located on the subject property, into a conservation easement.
