Document Description
This agreement will develop and operate an OHV training program for the State of California OHMVR Division, US Forest Service and BLM over a three-year period. Training will be in the following categories: 1) Basic OHV Trail Equipment Operation, Safety and Techniques; 2) Advanced Trail Equipment Construction, Maintenance and Rehabilitation Techniques, and 3) Individual Mentoring Program for Resource Protection using Mechanized Equipment Techniques. A Monitoring Program will also be established to assess equipment usage techniques for resource protection.
