Document Description
Approval of a Development Review (DR01-011), Design Compatibility Permit (DCP01-011), and Tract Map (TM01-008) applications for the construction of a mixed-use building located at 212 Marine Street is sought. The proposed project is a 4-story, 39,485 square foot building with subterranean parking. The building reaches a maximum height of 47 feet. The ground floor of the building contains covered at-grade parking for twenty-two (22) parking spaces and 8,986 square feet of retail space. The remaining three floors consist of 32,030 square feet of residential space for twenty-four (24) condominium units. A total space of fifty-six (56) parking spaces are provided in the subterranean garage.
