Metropolitan proposes to shutdown and de-water the pipelines for the purposes of performing routine inspection and maintenance of existing pipelines. The proposed project also involves the removal of existing flanges and the installation of new flanges along each of the pipelines. Upon completion of the proposed project, the pipeline will be put back in service.
