Document Description
The proposed project would entail construction of a 12-story building with approximately 300,000 square feet of space for office, daycare, and food service uses and approximately 100 structured off-street parking spaces. The approximately 34,000 square foot project site is located on the half-block bound by 11th, 12th, and Alice Streets in downtown Oakland. The site is currently occupied by the one-story annex to the adjacent former State office building, which has been rehabilitated as a separate office project.
