Document Description
The demolition of the existing building and the construction of a two-story approximately 62,100 square-foot Diane Feinstein elementary School. The new building would contain 27 classrooms which could accommodate a maximum of approximately 500 students for grades K through five. The school would contain an approximately 4,500 square-foot multi-purpose room plus kitchen and storage, an approximately 1,750 square-foot library, a parent room, principal's office and faculty lounge. The main entrance would be on 25th Avenue with a secondary access on Vicente Street.
