Document Description
The proposed project involves the construction of a new childcare facility including a 5,200 square foot building and outdoor play area with play structures. A six-foot high concrete block wall, topped with a two-foot wrought-iron fence will enclose the play area. The facility will use the existing parking lot located north of the facility site. A roundabout drop-off south of the parking lot with an entrance off St. Clair Avenue will provide access to the faciltity. The project will also include concrete walkways, trees and landscaping, and irrigation. The project will serve up to fifty children and will be staffed by five childcare providers weekdays.
