A change in zone classification from E (20) RS (Estate, 20 acre minimum parcel size, Residential Suburban Combining) to A (WE) (Exclusive Agriculture, Wind Energy Combining) or a more restrictive zone district; and b) A Zone Variance to allow various reductions in setbacks for four wind machines with a maximum height of 327 feet. Proposed development will include the construction, installation, and operation of four wind turbine machines along the slopes of Oak Creek Canyon. Turbine construction will involve the grading and development of a facility pad for each wind turbine, with associate access road and power distribution lines.
