Document Description
A large new project has been proposed on two sites in downtown San Luis Obispo. The project includes two main components, which are: Court Street --a three level mixed-use building consisting of about 62,000 square feet of floor area and including retail uses, restaurants and offices to be constructed on the City parking lot. Palm/ Morro Office/ Parking Structure--a building containing five levels of parking with a total of 243 parking spaces and about 16,000 square feet of office space at the Palm Street level.
