A large new project has been proposed on two sites in downtown San Luis Obispo. The project includes two main components, which are: Court Street - a three-level, mixed use building consisting of about 62,000 square feet of floor area and including retail uses, restaurants, and offices to be constructed on the City parking lot bounded by Monterey, Osos and Higuera Streets; and Palm/Morro Office/Parking Structure - a building containing five levels of parking, with a total of 243 parking spaces, and about 16,000 square feet of office space at the Palm Street level (southeast corner of Palm and Morro Streets).
