Document Description
The proposal is for the construction of Central Park Phase II, a 22-acre expansion to the existing 40-acre Central Park located at 27150 Bouquet Canyon Road. Central Park Phase II will include the addition of 16-acres of irrigated turf sports fields, an approximate 800 square foot restroom facility, and a 350 space parking lot. The project is being submitted for review by the State due to a change in the financial funding of the project.
