Document Description
The proposed action is the Phase I Project Immediate Expansion and Phase 2 Program Future Expansion of the existing hospital facility. Phase I includes construction of approximately 143,000 s.f. of hospital facilities, a 68,000 sf Support Services building, parking lot and a 703-space, five-floor parking structure. Phase 2 includes construction of approximately 280,000 s.f. of new medical facilities, additional parking structures and the closure of West and Willis Streets, Willow Avenue and associated alleys. Mill Creek will be covered in certain areas and opened and restored in others.
