The proposed project involves the second phase of replacement of approximately 10,600 feet of existing trunk sewer lines in the Town of Hillsborough, San Mateo County, California. Phase II would begin at the point where Phase I ended and would extend from Woodridge Road north along Crystal Springs Road to the intersection of Crystal Springs Road and El Cerrito Avenue (approximately 3,300 feet), and then north and east along El Cerrito Avenue to Gramercy Drive (approximately 7,300 feet). The pipeline would be installed within the existing roadway or along the roadway shoulder, in the same location as the existing trunk sewer lines.
