Document Description
The Board of Supervisors approved TM 5250 to subdivide approximately 935 acres into 417 residential lots, an 8.3-acre public park, an 11.9 acre historic park, and 571.2 acres of biological open space located along SR 78 and Montecito Way in the Ramona Community Plan Area on Aug. 4, 2010, for three years, with an expiration date of August 4, 2013. Several State bills extended the map for another 4 years, and the County is now extending the map until August 4, 2023.
