Document Description
Fund the re-creation of seasonal wetlands, riparian and oak woodland habitats on the banks of the San Joaquin River in Fresno. This project will re-vegetate 100 acres of former agricultural fields that were recently re-contoured. All habitat types will be intensely planted and, if necessary, replanted to stabilize the newly constructed storm water wetland. An ADA accessible trail encircling the restored habitats will be restored with new surfacing and park amenities will also be installed.
