Document Description
The operator proposes to slope back approximately 80 feet of bank on Conn Creek at 410 College Avenue, Angwin, Napa County. The operator proposes to slope the bank back to a 2:1 slope, install filter fabric on the slope, and rip rap the slope with large (30 inch) natural, loose rock. The rock will be keyed in at the toe and will extend from the bridge to dwelling. Rip rap shall not be placed on the creek bed, and grout shall not be used. Issuance of a Streambed Alteration Agreement Number R3-2001-0895 pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1603.
