Document Description
The Operator proposes to alter the streambed and banks of Munger Creek by replacing approximately 400 feet of an existing concrete lined channel with a 60 inch round reinforced concrete pipe (RCP). The upstream end of the stream runs through a 60 inch RCP, then opens up to the project site. The proposed RCP will drain into an existing 60 inch RCP which then drains into an existing desilting basin. When the rainwater reaches a certain height it is then pumped into Aliso Creek. The property is surrounded by semi-industrial to commercial properties.
