Document Description
Establish a new auto dismantling and vehicle storage yard, sell and/or repair vehicles and/or parts, and store up to 500 tires and 10 batteries. Place a 12' by 50' modular office building near Lincoln Boulevard, and use existing 50' by 50' pole-barn as a tear-down area. Parts of vehicles may also be removed inside this building. All parts will be stored in the tear down shop or in the vehicles themselves. No vehicle crushing will occur on the site, and stacking will not exceed two vehicles in height. Vehicles will be brought to the site and removed from it by tow truck. No objects except vehicles weighing no more than 8,000 pounds may be stored on the site. Equipment used in operation of the business will include forklifts, low trucks, and air-compressor type equipment that will be utilized in the tear down shop. A tire shredder/cutter and vehicle parts cleaners may also be used on the site.
