Installation of a 72-inch storm drain along 1.12 miles of Union Pacific Railroad Right-of-way. The culvert will terminate in Lindo Channel and will require excavation and replacement of a 9-foot wide section of bank. Work will occur directly adjacent to a large elderberry shrub on the bank of Lindo channel. The City will apply for 404 Corps Permits and 1601 Fish and Game agreement.
