Document Description

The fill material was placed and the storage shed was developed prior to securing required permits. The 4.5 acre parcel is developed with an approximately 1,760 square foot single family residence and carport, a 1,564 square foot barn, a workshop, a smokehouse, and a shed. The parcel is served by community water and on-site sewage disposal.
