The Remedial Action Plan calls for natural attenuation of petroleum contaminants in soils and groundwater. Future construction or development activities onsite will be limited so as to avoid any possible negative impacts on human health and the environment. Groundwater monitoring activities will occur for four years to provide documentation of continuing natural attenuation of the petroleum contaminated soils and groundwater.
