Minor updates to the 2002 Los Angeles City College Facility Master Plan (2002 Master Plan) that was analyzed in the 2002 Master Plan Final EIR (2002 Final EIR). The 2019 Master Plan Update includes: construct a new Theater Arts replacement building (and demolish existing building), construct a new Cesar Chavez Administration and Workforce replacement building (and demolish existing building), and no longer construct the Learning Support Center build in programing to be incorporated into the new Cesar Chavez building).
