Document Description
A third tier evaluation was performed for this project under the Facilities Masters Plan Program (PEIR) and pursuant to the provisions of CEQA, Section 15168, this project has been determined to fall within the scope of the PEIR. The Wineville Basin Proof-of-Concept Project is designed to conduct tests on the floor of the basin to estimate the potential infiltration rates within the Basin by testing percolation at six test cells located through the basin. The proposed project will remove the existing vegetation and silt at six locations within the basin.
