Document Description
Planned Development Permit to allow the construction of 219 new residential units including 22 affordable units, preservation of the historic Pfeiler farmhouse, a new 2.1 acre public park and a greenbelt/tot-lot. Also, a request for 1) Reorganization of boundaries to add the project site to the City of Oxnard, 2) Pre-Zoning the residential portion of the project site from Agricultural Exclusive to Single Family Residential (R-1) and the neighborhood park and historic site to Community Reserve (C-R), 3) Tentative Subdivision Map No. 5389 to subdivide the 46.8 acre site into 219 parcels for residential use, one neighborhood public park parcel, one greenbelt/tot-lot parcel, one historic farmhouse/public park parcel and two detention basin parcels, and 4) Specific Plan Amendment to allocate an additional 71 units, to allow the potential for a farming museum at the Pfeiler house, to change a green belt to a park and to allow up to 22 residential units to be 1,206 square feet rather than the required 1,300 square feet.
