Document Description
This is a request to modify a previously approved Major Use Permit including the removal of the previously approved parsonage building, childcare unit, and office; and to construct a multi-purpose building to the north of the sanctuary, a permanent classroom building on the south side of the sanctuary, an office, an additional 84 parking spaces, seven (7) storage sheds to house maintenance equipment and other church equipment at the south end of the site where the original parsonage was proposed, and a play area. The Modification will also permit the existing columbarium. Installation of a lit free standing sign is proposed near the intersection of Redwing Street and Rancho Santa Fe Road, and around the perimeter of the site, a one-way driveway is to be constructed to facilitate the flow of traffic on site.
