Purchase land for, and to construct, a new junior high school, planned for completion in 2004, with a planned capacity of 800 students. The project will include the development of school buildings, unlighted athletic facilities, parking and vehicle access, and other ancillary facilities. The balance of the site will include appropriate buffering between the school and adjacent residential uses surrounding the school site.
