Document Description
Use Permit 00CUP-07 to allow stump recycling on a 6.5+/- acre portion of a 45.5+/- acre parcel zoned AE-37 (Exclusive Agriculture, 37 acre minimum) under Title 17 of the Tuolumne County Ordinance Code. The 45.5+/- acre project site is presently under a Williamson Act land conservation contract pursuant to Tuolumne County Resolution 122-70. The project would involve storing of up to 10,000 cubic yards of stumps on the site and periodic grinding of the accumulated stumps into chips. A road approximately 1,800 feet in length, would be constructed along the southwestern boundary of the project site to access the 6.5+/- acre area where the stump recycling would occur. Located at 8750 State Route 120 in Chinese Station.
