The proposed new high school is comprised of a 315,000 square foot facility on a 30.99-acre site. The site is currently occupied by the Department of Water and Power Anthony Office Building. The proposed project would relieve overcrowding at Francis Polytechnic High School by providing 699 two-semester seats to accommodate a total enrollment of 980 ninth through twelfth grade students.
