Document Description
The proposed project has two elements: (1) replacement of a 175-space surface parking lot with a 177,600 gsf parking structure for approximately 430 vehicles at the southeast corner of Golden Gate Avenue and Larkin Street, with 9,400 gsf of ground floor retail uses, and basement storage uses; and (2) construction of a 12,000 gsf development pad for the potential future development. Development pad construction would include excavation, grading, leveling, and construction of the retaining walls so that the site would be prepared for future development.
