Document Description
The North Tahoe P.U.D. proposes to purchase a number of parcels located in Kings Beach, Placer County. The project will remain in its current state after the purchase. The addresses of the properties are 8588 Rainbow, 8557, 8596, & 8598 Trout, and 8599 Brook. The 22 lots (8 APN's and a total area of 1.58 acres) were previously the sites of the Kings Beach trailer park and residences. The lots presently contain two vacant single family residences and one vacant four-plex.
