The project includes construction of three retaining walls and road repair at two locations, shoring tw bridges in order to bring equipment to the repair site, and drainage improvements. The project is located off Smith Grade in unicorporated Santa Cruz County. The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement Number R3-2002-0082 pursuant to Section 1601 of the Fish and Game Code to the project operator, Bill Kocher/City of Santa Cruz.
