Document Description
At 68th Street Elementary School, the proposed project would include the construction of a permanent two-story building with 16 classrooms, two boys' restrooms, two girls' restrooms, two faculty restrooms, and other appurtenant facilities (including a lunch shelter) totaling 21,450 square feet of new construction. The proposed action would also add 39 parking spaces beneath the footprint of the proposed building. At Aragon Avenue Elementary School, the project would include construction of a two-story building with 2 kindergarten rooms, 14 classrooms, kitchen, lunch shelter, two boys' restrooms, two girls' restrooms, and other appurtenant facilities totaling 23,220 square feet of new construction. The project would also add 32 parking spaces beneath the footprint of the addition.
