Document Description
The proposed project is a 153,600 gross square foot building to accommodate multidisciplinary instructional and research laboratories, faculty offices, and administrative office support space for programs in Computer Sciences and Engineering and Electrical Engineering. In addition, the project will provide new general assignment classrooms for the campus. The proposed site for Engineering Building Unit 2 is located on Parking Lot 16 east of the existing College of Engineering Bourns Hall. The site is bordered on the south by the Geology Building, on the southeast by the Physics Building, and on the north by North Campus Drive, the Arroyo and the residence halls.
