Minor Use Permit to allow the expansion of an existing winery (Four Vines) including development of: 1) a 6,000 sf wine processing facility, 2) a 3,000 sf wine storage building, 3) a 1,715 sf addition of wine storage to an existing 3,300 sf storage/tasting room building, and 4) the conversion of an existing 2,170 sf barn to barrel storage, (5) increased case production cases to 70,000 cases of wine, and (6) waivers of the required 100 side setback, 200 ft front and 400 ft from neighboring residences set backs. The project does not include special events, but will participate in wine industry events will result in the disturbance of ~12,000 sf.
