Document Description
The project is the development of an AT&T Wireless Telecommunications Facility that includes a 35 foot "monopine" tower and 200 square foot equipment building. The project will gain access to the site from existing disturbance areas, and vehicle traffic will occur only during initial construction. The development of the telecommunications facility is a modification to the existing Major Use Permit for the Rancho Monserate II Mobilehome Park. The project site is within an area on the Mobilehome Park lands that are disturbed from repeated fire clearing. The existing Mobilehome Park is to the east and southeast, and undeveloped lands are to the north and west and southwest.
