Document Description
The proposed project would widen Norte Road to provide access to the housing tract. Four 24-inch corrugated metal pipe culverts pass under Norte Road. These culverts would be extended into the pond by approximately 10 to 12 feet. Fill would be placed over the extended culverts to accommodate the road and small rock slope protection (RSP) would be placed at the culvert outflow. A new roadway known as "B Street" would be constructed across several drainage swales within the ranch.
