Document Description
Replace roof on existing Residence #8 and garage at Van Damme State Park. Existing fiberglass three-tab shingles will be removed, sheathing repaired, flashing replaced, and new fiberglass shingles installed. Bats reside in the general area of the project site; however, direct impact to bats is not anticipated. Work will be confined to period from September 1st to April 15th and care will be taken when removing flashing to avoid any possibility of impact.
