Document Description
CDFG is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Allen Jones, representing H. G. Fenton Company. The applicant proposes to alter the streambed of Letterbox Canyon and two unnamed drainages, tributaries to Agua Hedionda Creek, tributary to the Pacific Ocean to accomodate the development of the Fox-Miller Property, a five lot industrial subdivision with one open space lot. The project will impact a total of 0.22 acre of streambed. Project activity includes grading and fill, and the installation of an outfall structure, a D-41 concrete rip-rap energy dissipator. A detention basin will also be constructed on-site for water quality purposes.
