Document Description
The project is a request for a Use Permit to infill two sea caves and interconnecting "notches", and to provide rehabilitation/infill to six existing sea cave infills, located at the base of the coastal bluffs at 523 and 525 Pacific Avenue. The sea caves range in depth from 10+/- feet to 24+/- feet and the notches range in depth from 4 feet to 9 feet. The project covers 160+/- feet in width along the property frontage along the beach.
