The project is for the minor subdivision of the 13.2 acre Barrack property, Assessor's Parcel Number (APN) 513-130-13, into four legal parcels and a remainder parcel. The newly created legal parcels will range in size between 1, 10 and 3.61 acres, with each parcel supporting a single family residence. Parcels 2, 3, and 4 will take access from Eucalyptus Drive, and Parcel 1 and the Remainder Parcel will take access from Dehesa Mountain Lane at the northern boundary of the project site.
